A. Call to Order at 5:30 p.m.
B. Minutes
1. Approve minutes of November 10. 2009
Savaged moved to approve minutes of November 10, 2009, Seconded by Jones. 9-0 in favor.
C. New Business
1. Town of Cranberry Isles request to operate two scheduled trips (six passengers), year round from Northeast Harbor during early morning, late afternoon.
Dan Leif spoke to board regarding adding a ferry service for the Cranberry Islands for the winter season. Letter of new proposal will be coming. Murphy stated traffic is not a problem this time of year but conditions regarding the operation of the service from the dock need to be met. Savage stated that Murphy will send a commercial operators application packet to the Town of Cranberry Isles. Murphy advised Leif that once this is received, the MMC will review the request.

E. Old Business
1. Set monthly electrical rate to be charged for winter dock users.
Murphy stated that after reviewing the metered electrical use on the South dock and figuring out the monthly billing rates, he recommends leaving the rate at $100.00/month. Murphy did say that there are a couple “big users” which he has addressed one of them already, and will the others. Savage stated that Murphy should look into the “big users” as we should not be giving electricity away. Murphy stated that should the heavy users continue abusing the electricity, he will charge them based on the meter rates.
